Michigan quarterback picks IU

Indiana has landed is 13th 2008 football recruit in quarterback Adam Follett.

Follett, who is 6-foot-4 and 212 pounds, was receiving recruiting interest from Virginia and several Big Ten schools, but his only scholarship offer other than Indiana at this point was from Western Michigan.

Follett will play this fall at Alma High School in Michigan. The last two years, he has been at Caledonia High School, starting at quarterback as the team has compiled a 25-1 record using a run-dominated offense. He transferred to Alma to play in a more passing oriented attack.

Indiana offered Follett a scholarship three weeks ago after watching him in one of the Hoosiers’ summer football camps.

Follett was recruited by IU offensive coordinator Matt Canada.

  1. Good to see IU still getting more kids wanting to play here. Now if we can turn these 2 star recruits into 3 and 4 star players.
