  1. Yes, looking forward to the third most popular basketball
program in the nation’s future, I would love to have a fan
base like ours with which to build a team of Indiana stars.
Of course there will be problems. But one would think that
any coach not firmly rooted in a program could see the possibilities
and want to be a part of building the program back to its former
    status.

(Thanks, Sampson, for putting the Hoosier Nation in this mess. I
hope the money makes you happy about it.)

  2. Now every next candidate will be the second choice, or third choice. Do you think that will affect decisions? Problems in River City my friends. What a mess.

Now Bassett and Ellis are leaving. I was once interested in the coaching job, but now I might walk on to play next year. I have a two inch vertical leap and can hit 4 out of 10 from the line.

Can I have some more Kool-Aid?

  4. A marquee coach is probably not going to want to take a job here with the unknown and possibly harsh sanctions that could be levied by the NCAA this season. It is probably why IU is in such a hurry to hire a new coach and of course to on the recruiting path to rebuild a sparse team.

Bennett would have been an awesome coach for us, so what will Sean Miller say?
