  1. “The Fort Wayne News-Sentinel’s Pete DiPrimio talks about the booing.”

Did you even read this article? Booing is mentioned in the first paragraph frames some of the first paragraph, but the author certainly doesn’t dicuss the booing in the rest of the argument that IU lost a winnable game. Shoddy.

  2. I am hearing rumblings of an Elston transfer after the season, which I really hope is not true.
Put the kid in the game. What is Crean’s problem? This is common sense. He is twice the player as Capo. He is our best rebounder for crying out loud. Sad thing is I can’t say I blame him if he does transfer.

  3. Joseph,

Clearly the whole point of the sentence is to entice you to go read the story yourself. Hoosier Morning doesn’t take other people’s ideas and condense or copy them for you to read, it directs you to those articles.

  4. I would argue that Hoosier Morning has a responsibility to correctly capture the spirit of the story it is linking to.

If you are just trying to entice someone to click on a link you might as well write “John Smith writes that the entire team might transfer as a result of the turnovers” as long as the article is about turnovers.

I’m still not convinced that Hoosier Morning actually read the article it was linking to.

  5. Joseph,
If you don’t like it, don’t read it. You sound like Tom Crean, like to whine all the time.
