  1. To Anyone: I am taking my family to Champaign Illinois for the football game. Is there a great restaurant I should know about or a special place to take my family??? Thanks for reading!!!

  2. The Beef House in Covington, IN is a famous stop for sports fans traveling to and from Champaign. Don’t know if it’s on your route, though. It’s at the intersection of 74 and 63, about 45 minutes from Champaign.

  3. Bootsie and Clarion, thank you. I hope it is on our route. I am clueless, never been to the area. Thanks again!

  4. Bootsie, you have resources and answers: I could use a job that pays $150K, work 40 wk/year, etc. can you hook me up?

  5. JPat, my son and i went over two years ago(first time there) for the game–not much of one i’m sorry to say–and had a bit of a hard time finding the campus/stadium. be sure that you have good directions….we had no gps etc. and it was an adventure. Also our experience was that it was a nightmare getting out of there. Worse than our place. FYI.

  6. Hugh, I will give you a yell if I see you at the game. I am excited and hope for the best. KevinK, thanks for that advice. I am taking my nav and my friend will bring his as a backup…it cannot be worse than IU with traffic though, can it…
