Tuesday’s injury report showed officially that freshman tailback Antonio Banks is out for the season with a knee injury. Indiana coach Bill Lynch suggested on his radio coach Monday night that he had an ACL tear.
Senior quarterback Ben Chappell, meanwhile, is probable after suffering a hip injury in Saturday’s 83-20 loss to Wisconsin that caused him to miss the end of the second quarter as well as the second half.
Redshirt freshman Dusty Kiel was also listed as out with a thumb injury.
Meanwhile, safety Jarrell Drane (ankle), safety Donnell Jones (ankle), offensive tackle Andrew McDonald (ankle), and senior linebacker Tyler Replogle (knee) are all listed as questionable.
