IU: Game still on

Indiana announced earlier that today’s 6:30 p.m. game with Minnesota is still a go.

The release follows:

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.- The men’s basketball game between Indiana University and the University of Minnesota scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Assembly Hall this evening will be played as scheduled.   The University will resume its class schedule today at 1 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to leave early and take precautions when travelling to Assembly Hall.  The forecast for today shows just a 10 percent chance of further precipitation.

  1. Let’s go Hoosiers! Tonight will be a gut check for the kids. Could be a good opportunity to catch Minnesota looking ahead to Ohio State on the heels of Watford’s injury.

  2. Could Elston pick up some of the scoring slack? Damn! I forgot..He’s now going into the one and a half year suspension phase for sticking his toe out at a Northwestern game(COMMENTARY: Attempted assault with a deadly Distal Phalange). He won’t be available ’til his Senior year. Thanks Hugh.
