Hoosier Morning

1. HOOSIERS HQ

As always, my IU review, following Indiana’s win over Penn State.

2. INDIANA BASKETBALL

I don’t necessarily agree with these odds (i.e. I think Wisconsin is done, as far as a Big Ten title goes), but Ryan Greene of The Dagger blog on Yahoo! Sports gives his odds for each Big Ten team’s chance at a title.

Big Ten road wins are proving to be like gold in a conference that makes it hard to win anywhere else but on your home court, LaMond Pope of the Journal Gazette writes.

Ryan Corazza of Inside the Hall breaks down film from IU’s win over Michigan.

3. NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP RECAP

Wright Thompson of Grantland.com writes an eloquent letter from New Orleans.

Michael Kruse of Grantland.com gives reasoning for a league with four superconferences, which would certainly kill the BCS.

A.J. McCarron was the difference in Alabama’s win this time around, Jen Engel of FoxSports.com writes.

Alabama left no confusion on Monday night of who should be the national champion, Gene Wojciechowski of ESPN.com wrote.

4. ONE FOR THE ROAD

If you watch the AMC show Hell on Wheels, you know this song from the opening scene of Sunday’s episode (which was outstanding, by the way). Anyway, Mumford and Sons is obviously great, but this song is one of their best.
