1. The Indy Star is reporting that Crean recently made an in-home recruiting visit to a High School senior (a guard) who recently de-committed from Northwestern’s 2013/2014 recruiting class. Given IU’s numbers against the scholarship limit, that suggests Crean anticipates two of IU’s scholarship players will be leaving the program (transferring or graduating) at the end of this semester.

It should be interesting to see what happens. My guess is that Mo Creek has decided to end his playing career and move on with his life (I think he’s a father now) and that either AE or PJ will transfer to a school where they will get some playing time.

  2. I have not heard any rumors about players leaving but Mo Creek might be the right thing.
We need a good true backup point guard in case Yogi is in foul trouble or needs a little rest. I have heard that walk on Jonny Marlin is a great shooter and can play the point but he is smaller than Yogi. Coach knows what he is doing with recruits and I am sure things will work out for the best.

  3. Somebody picked up on my earlier “Hoosier Rising”/Mo Creek reference…

Somebody is attempting to now stir trouble…Mo must go.
