CBS to carry a pair of Indiana basketball games #iubb

Indiana will have at least two games carried on CBS this basketball season, according to a Big Ten release.

The Hoosiers’ Sunday, Jan. 25 contest at Ohio State will begin at 1:30 p.m. and air on CBS, as will their Sunday, Feb. 8 game at Assembly Hall against Michigan (1 p.m.). A Feb. 22 game at Rutgers could also be picked up by CBS.

ESPN also released its Big Ten broadcast schedule. The Worldwide Leader will carry the following IU games this season:

  • Jan. 10, home vs. Ohio State, noon/1 p.m., ESPN or ESPNU
  • Jan. 22, home vs. Maryland, 9 p.m., ESPNU
  • Feb. 3, at Wisconsin, 7 p.m., ESPN
  • Feb. 19, home vs. Purdue, 7 p.m., ESPN or ESPN2
  • March 3, home vs. Iowa, 7 p.m., ESPN
  • March 7, home vs. Michigan State, TBD, ESPN or ESPN2

Indiana will also have games against Eastern Washington (Nov. 24, ESPNNews), Pittsburgh (Dec. 2, ESPN2), Louisville (Dec. 9, ESPN) and Georgetown (Dec. 27, ESPN2) carried on ESPN networks.

The Dec. 20 Crossroads Classic game will air on Fox Sports 1. BTN and BTN Plus will handle the remaining broadcasts.
