  1. OK, the Syracuse thing cracked me up. Because, as we all know, the Syracuse basketball program is among the most virtuous in the NCAA.

  2. Agree with HoosierDaddy. If this kid and his mom think that Syracuse is the “clean” one and IU “dirty,” I suspect that there’s more to this kid’s recruitment than just academics and basketball coaching. Let’s just be kind and write it off to her kid wanting to be close to home.
