The Big Ten conference released broadcast details for the 2016-17, and Indiana will get some national television exposure this season.
The Hoosiers’ New Year’s Eve matchup with Ohio State, which will be played at 3 p.m. at Assembly Hall, will air on CBS. On Feb. 5, IU will play BIg Ten champ Maryland; that game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
Every other game will be broadcast on either Big Ten Network or BTN+. Seven games will be on Big Ten Network, including IU’s Jan. 10 contest at Michigan. The Hoosiers’ conference opener Dec. 28 at Penn State will be on BTN+.
Very cool that IU to get some national exposure! This always helps recruiting.
So far since T. Moren arrived IU ladies bb has moved in a positive direction whether it be a very tiny baby step or a full step with a little sideways movement in between. The program continues forward.
Nice to see IUWBB getting some national respect , mainly due to last seasons successful run.
In re-viisitiing the ND highlights and Morens postgame clips. Coach Moren mentioned having to battle thru some adversity that is the ncaa , in truth what she was referring to was the “home cooking'”. One incident that sticks out boldly in my mind was Jenn Andersons reaction to a foul call against her and a resulting technical foul. Cant say I ever recall Jenn reacting like that to any calll during the season, emphasing how bad that call probably was.
