Hoosiers move up to No. 3 in AP poll

For the second week in a row, Indiana is on the rise.

The Hoosiers bumped up three spots to No. 3 in the latest Associated Press top 25, released Monday afternoon. IU is behind No. 1 Kentucky and No. 2 Villanova.

Indiana is one of four Big Ten teams to appear in the AP poll, joining No. 16 Wisconsin, No. 17 Purdue and Michigan, which is tied with Florida State for No. 25.

The Hoosiers have two games this week, returning to action Tuesday at 9 p.m. at Fort Wayne. IU also hosts Mississippi Valley State on Sunday at 4 p.m.
