Wait for it…….
Great stuff. The “greening” guy should bring all his friends to create Jeremy’s first human green screen for Hall Pass.
Do you think I’m the only one who watches ScoopTalk until after the 9:00 mark? I am so lonely.
Big win for Alford tonight. I didn’t know he left the Mountain West. When did that happen?
THIS WAS A PARTING GIFT FOR COLLIN HARTMAN A TRUE EXAMPLE OF WHAT INDIANA BASKETBALL IS ALL ABOUT! GOD’S SPEED AND BLESSINGS ! A TRUE LEADER AND CONGRATS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT! THANK YOU FOR GIVING YOUR ALL EVERY DAY !
Maybe, IU bb program could start a drive thru marriage proposal and weddings to improve culture and excitement. Similar to Vegas.
Twenty years from now Colin probably won’t be able to tell you who IU played that day.
This situation is interesting. It’s the antithesis of replacing RMK. That was ‘replacing a legend’. The coaches over the next few years would be compared to the good things RMK did at IU.
Well, CTC has been in place for nine long years. That is the new standard.
He will quickly be forgotten unless the next guy does as poorly as this year (and the other ‘down’ years under CTC). Even CTC’s successes have been pretty unimpressive.
No one will be holding up signs demanding his return.
You seem to think Tom Crean will be forgotten once he leaves IU. Hah! Not a chance. First off he will be sorely missed by 13 of the 14 teams currently in B1G. Second, what he did at Indiana in nine years transcends anything anywhere in any other sport or domain of activity. He is what we call a true legend.
If the IU boys can go on an 11 or 12 (if they would have play in game) win streak, they would be MARCH MADNESS TOURNAMENT NCAA COLLEGE MEN’S BASKETBALL NATIONAL CHAMPS!!!
And of course that would include big ten tournament championship.
Win streak would have to start when regular season is over.
That’s my proposal.
