Indiana running back Demetrius McCray is not expected to play Saturday at Iowa because of a foot injury, coach Bill Lynch said Tuesday.
Lynch said he doesn’t know whether the injury McCray suffered against Illinois will result in him missing more games after Saturday. He said that in the short run (no pun intended) it will likely mean more carries for Bryan Payton.
I wish McCray a quick and full recovery, but more carries for Bryan Payton is a plus!
