  1. I have the car loaded down and we are heading to the game at 9:00 AM. There will be 22 of us tailgating and we will all be in the stands for kickoff. If Lynch cannot win this game vs a pretty bad Iowa team that we have beaten twice recently…well I don’t know what to say. GO IU and please please coaches, put the kids in position to win!

  2. Embarassing.

Unfortunately I’ve not seen a more bigger and hard hitting defense by IU in several years. They just don’t stand a chance staying on the field as long as they do.

I cannot understand how a big ten offense can have absolutely no running game…nothing.

Of all the years to have an above average recruiting class coming in (if they stick).
Do you really think the higher-ups can fire him?

  3. Fire him now. Amazing how terrible they looked. And NO coaching when we needed it most, Lynch continually made stupid calls when we were losing by 80 points. Whats the point of punting.

  4. and what is the point of those little draws we keep running? The offensive line does nothing to help the RB

  5. It seems to me we gave up.

4th and 1 or 2 with 7 minutes left in the game and we decide to punt. I know the outcome was decided, but YOU’VE GOT TO KEEP TRYING! To me, the coaches were giving up so I gave up too and left the stadium.

    Anyone else feel the same?

  6. I am really starting to wish we didn’t beat Purdue last year, because it led to the permanent hiring of Lynch…what a moronic, impetuous decision that was. How bad does this have to get for us to fire him this year? Will the administration listen to our anger or just chalk it up to “a young team” ?

If IU is waiting for football attendance to finance a great coach, we will never have one. IU need to take the dollars necessary and make the investment that will really pay back over time. They could take just a bit of what they have promised Crean and it would make all the difference.
