Thomas, Replogle join injury report

The Hoosiers’ “out” list is getting shorter, but it’s “questionable” list is getting longer.

Defensive end Darius Johnson (shoulder), defensive tackle Jarrod Smith (back) and cornerback Ray Fisher (knee) are all still out. At this point, it’s unlikely that any of those guys are going to play again this season.

Defensive back Chris Adkins has been upgraded to questionable with his elbow injury, however. Lynch said Adkins has been cleared to practice with an elbow brace, and the Hoosiers will determine this week if he’s able to go.

“We’ll find out more today,” Lynch said.

Linebacker Tyler Replogle (head) and safety Austin Thomas (shoulder) are both questionable.

“Austin practiced yesterday, but we gotta be a little bit careful,” Lynch said. “Tyler will be out there in full pads, but he won’t hit much today.”

Also listed as questionable are safety Jarrell Drane (thigh), offensive lineman Cody Faulkner and defensive lineman Terrance Thomas. Running back Darius Willis is probable with an ankle injury after leaving Saturday’s game against Wisconsin with an injury. Defensive tackle Mick Mentzer (back) is listed as probable.
