The faxes are in … well, almost all of them

As of right now, all but one of Indiana’s 25 signees for the Class of 2012 has faxed in a letter of intent. The last one still out is Nathan Sudfeld, who is in California. So there’s that time difference.

But anyway, should’ve posted this earlier, but here’s IU’s signing day headquarters, live interviews with some assistants, player bios, etc.

  1. I think you need to check the time of your post on this. It says it was done at 11:04 am. I’m in Vegas, 3 hours behind you, which means that would be 8:04 am here…..but it’s only 7 am here.

  2. I’ve noticed there’s a time differential on the Scoop when I’ve posted but I’ve never bothered to figure out which way it goes. Who knows where this stuff gets processed anymore?

  3. How do you like living in Vegas? I’m not into the glitzy stuff but I’m in LV frequently when visiting all the neat stuff in driving distance (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and on and on). I was out there a few years ago and the streets were flooded. Go figure.

  4. We signed 25, but earlier it was reported that we had 27 available scholarships, since that time we lost 2 qb’s. Do we still have 27+2 scholarships available?

What are the plans for the other scholarships? Walk-on’s? Bring them in over the summer and if they work hard give them a partial or full scholarship?

  5. There are still two scholarships that can be used for initial qualifiers. They’re not done recruiting and will assuredly try to bring in more high school (and possibly junior college) players into the class.)
    Yes, everybody is now signed.

  6. Vegas is great.

Locals hardly ever go to the Strip unless they have family/friends in town.

I’m in a suburb and can’t see the Strip from where I live and it’s almost like a “regular” town here (besides video poker in all the bars and grocery stores and car washes).

  7. Laffy, If you’ve never been to Mt. Charleston head up there. It’s about an hour an a whole different world.
