Vonleh narrows list to six, including Indiana, schedules visit for Nov.

According to various reports on Twitter (from Scout’s Evan Daniels, 247Sports’ Zach Osterman, Rivals’ Jeff Rabjohns, etc.) New Hampton power forward Noah Vonleh has narrowed his list to six teams, including Indiana, and scheduled an official visit with the Hoosiers for Nov. 9-11. The other teams involved are Ohio State, Georgetown, Connecticut, North Carolina and Syracuse.

  1. We definitely want Vonleh, but we want Anya too. How do we make room for both? What happens if Anya commits after Hoosier Hysteria? We can’t turn Vonleh away… what options do we have in that situation?

  2. Agreed Debbie. As a preseason #1 we should pick the guys we want out of high school.

  3. IU cannot accept an LOI from any more revruits in November unless we pull a current 2013 commits offer. We are at 14 right now unless someone leaves early in the spring.

  4. I like Anya and Vonleh, but at the end of the day, I don’t see how both is possible.

  5. @Debbie
Anya’s size and presence on the court is something that cannot be taught. Je’Nay would be able to turn this guy into an absolute beast. Just having his presence and shot blocking ability on Defense would ensure he’s not a bust.
