IU’s Cody Latimer wins ESPN.com’s All-American Player of the Week honor for week 11

Indiana junior wideout Cody Latimer, one of four nominees nationally, won the voting for this week’s ESPN.com All-American Player of the Week for his performance in last Saturday’s 52-35 win over Illinois.

Latimer had career highs with 11 catches and 189 receiving yards and tied his career single-game mark with three TDs. He is now tied with Michigan’s Jeremy Gallon for second in the Big Ten for receptions per game with a 6.1 average. He now has six 100-yard receiving games, placing him fifth on IU’s all-time list in that category.
