Collin Hartman tears ACL, per Twitter post from Crean

Indiana coach Tom Crean posted on his Twitter account that freshman forward Collin Hartman tore an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) at practice on Saturday.

Crean posted that Hartman planted his leg wrong in a drill. The freshman from Cathedral hadn’t seen much action this season, appearing in 16 of the Hoosiers’ 32 games and playing a total of 72 minutes. He finished the season with 11 points, 15 rebounds and five steals.

Crean said he’s being further evaluated on Sunday.
