Coleman named MVP at IU football banquet #iufb

Indiana held its annual football banquet Friday evening and running back Tevin Coleman walked away with the program’s Anthony Thompson Most Valuable Player award.

Coleman, offensive lineman Collin Rahrig, defensive lineman Bobby Richardson and receiver Shane Wynn were honored as the 2014 team captains. Coleman finished seventh in the Heisman voting and earned a spot as a first-team member of the Walter Camp Football Foundation’s All-America Team in addition to first team honors from ESPN, CBS Sports, USA Today and Scout.com

  1. Wilson and staff have another new commit, Tyler Green S from DeMatha Catholic in Maryland. Tall fellow 6’2-3″. Read at least 1 site had him as a 4*. This 1 recruit moved IU up 9 spots on 24/7 recruiting board.

KW in trying to build IU FB program is like trying to climb one of the famous mountains (take your pick) in a blizzard with set backs of broken rope, lack of food and water, freezing temps, and climbers in group dropping out. KW just keeps on climbing. What an IU FB fan card it would make. Seasons Greetings.
