  1. If Jordon Howard is smart, and he wants to play immediately, he will choose IU over ND. ND will sign two 4/5-star running backs in each of the next two recruiting classes to join with the five or six studs already on their roster. Go where you’re needed and are virtually guaranteed to play immediately, Jordon. As you witnesses this past season, IU can produce a highly effective running game.
